as you can see, this is a copy of my post to you yesterday, and what the poster did was change your name to mystery poster and changed the wording of my post to rag on that POSSIBLE scam stock PJTG, instead of how I worded my post concerning SPRL.......
and as you can see he clearly states it is me talking to myself, when the post he re-worded, was from me to you....instead he claims you are me and I am talking to myself<g>
I have been 100% ignoring him and not responding to his posts, but am printing out every one he, and others make for obvious reasons. Gotta run....meeting at 1:30 and need to call the wife to see if more harassing phone calls are coming in, although I think she put a block on the line, preventing private calls from coming in...regardless, My attorney did file a complaint.....it will then be forwarded to my land line company and my cell company. Once they have official complaint, they will trace any harassing calls from any source, private, out of area, whatever.....And possibly somebody ought to give Stratnut a legal lesson or two. Ruff told him it was legal to give out my personal info. And he is doing just that. Meanwhile, the info he had was personal and private and it was even put in writing that this info is private and is not to be given out publicly or privately to any other parties.....Yet he thinks it is legal to be doing this?? Are people really that naive?? 1 simple phone call to his attorney and his attorney would have told him that was not legal. But, oh well. He chose to listen to a message board poster who told him it was legal to do this, rather then checking with his attorney...yep, the same message board poster that thinks you and I are the same <g>...great guy to take legal advice from, huh? <g> Running late...have a great week....back down south by Sunday, I hope... |
