The Earnings CC ...

<< CC broadcast did not appear to address any of the items that may determine the near term value of common. >>

No. It didn't. Short and sweet. 23 minutes of short and sweet. One analyst call-in and responses to e-mailed questions for the last half of that. No meaningful guidance for Q2.

[I don't have enough of a stake to be overly concerned but ...] my concern is that their financial condition and valuation could impact on their capability to secure MusicStore retailers and in particular MusicStore Mobile beyond O2 Germany (and Cingular which could/should be an upgrade prospect for the Mobile version) ... and while those types of deals are not going to have short term impact on financials, I see their longer term future if they really have one on that aspect of their business. Announcements from carriers, should they occur, could have impact on the value of common.

<< Broker said before CC that LOUD is reorganizing. Wonder why this wasn't mentioned in the CC broadcast available on the Internet? >>

Reorganization of the company as opposed to restructuring their obligations related to their mid-2004 acquisition of OD2? Is it possible he misunderstood?

Almost 10 million shares traded already today v. 1.75m daily average.

Best,
