Not yet, we're expecting proof of funds tomorrow or Friday, then once the instrument is in place, we should close, hopefully late next week... banks take their easy sloooow time with every step, but they are careful and very methodical... we're about ready to chill the champaign, but not yet... I'll make an announcement on this thread, for sure... although, I imagine it will be in the business section of any major newspaper when we sign the closing documents... GZ
