rightwing evangelicals want to rip up the Constitution. They hate it.

Well you know I'm a strict Constitutionalist and really have not like the stretches of the Commerce Clause to increase Congress powers to ridiculous levels, the President's Power to declare war without the Congress and the Supreme Court's Power to unilaterally make Constitutional Amendments without consult with the STates or the People. These perversions of power began somewhere between WWI and 1929 accelerated greatly during the 1930s and continue to feed on themselves. This isn't something new in the last 4 years.
