Don't confuse the Texas Democratic party with the national one. Edwards defining characteristic is that he is hyper-religious. He has much in common with the Republicans. I am convinced he must get seriously turned on by the cheerleaders and rather than dealing with it within himself, he has to make things miserable for the rest of us. BTW did you ever see the movie, the Replacements? They managed to get cheerleaders who were strippers. It was hilarious....i.e. one cheerleader would make believe she was whipping another cheerleader on the butt. They pulled so many great moves and so upset the opposing team, that they were good for at least a touchdown. <g> ted
