Maybe you ought to read the SF 180? Kerry has obviously requested his own military records...he said on the Imus interview that the Navy is still sending him stuff...that would require a form 180. In order for Brinkley to have access to Kerry's record, and to have the records sent to Brinkley, that would require a form 180. To make records available to the general public...would require a form 180, and I suppose a letter authorizing copies of his records to anyone who requested a copy...that would be interesting...just how do you fill in section III as to where to mail the records to?
