You missed the point of my post, you might consider clicking back and reading it ... to re-state, evidence for zionists proclaiming that iraqi jews were not part of their own operation seems to be missing from the record ... feel free to post any you find, meantime it would appear that zionists consistently represented themselves as speaking for all jews, so it is not all that surprising that at various times and places, others tended to believe they were.
