Therefore, the religious right would like to rip up the Constitution and replace it with some kind of neocon Taliban manifesto. Are gay marriage and abortion your only examples? Why didn't the founding fathers include gay marriage in the Constitution? Abortions have been performed since the beginning of time. Why didn't they include that in the Constitution?
