Brinkley went to Kerry's to read the controlled copies of what Kerry was willing to show. Kerry has not allowed for all copies to be released to teh public nor was Brinkley able to see them. They were never sent to Brinkley as you claim. In fact, Kerry had a woman watch Brinkley for the entire time he was there. <i.In order for Brinkley to have access to Kerry's record, and to have the records sent to Brinkley, that would require a form 180.
