Kris: I guess you heard about the Cashmere acquisition a couple of months ago. It was financed with around 36 million shares, convertable at any time (over the next year, I think). We still don't know if this will dilute the earnings. Cashmere was reported to have significant revenue, but earnings weren't mentioned. I think the 10K (out this month) should answer this. Also, the news release gave out numbers that suggested an increased book value for CIND (to around $3), but noone seems to care. Good luck, Jeff
