Depending on the price of the houses in your area if they are on the higher end they do take longer to sell. I just keep wondering where in blazes the income is coming from to keep those prices going up.

Around me I think it is slowing in my immediate area there is not a house for sale. A bit away from me there a quite a few that are hitting the market but they are fixer uppers that are too high priced to fix up.
