Got a question about the UK parliamentary election.

Should Tony Blair lose his district race in Sedgefield, would he then necessarily be excluded from the government? The parliamentary system isn't taught in America, so I'm a little sketchy on the details.

I think either baby-face Charlie or Gordon Brown would be a vast improvement over the lying S.O.B. that sits in 10 Downing St. today.
