I cannot elaborate because I heard it as second hand info from a person in the financial community who owns a ton of this stock and who gave me the idea to buy this when it was at $4-5. I suggest you call up the ARX CEO/CFO and ask him to explain in more detail. Perhaps I misunderstood the deal.

PS- How many companies can you name that report their earnings per share on a fully diluted basis? Talk about conservative accounting !
