No I was not in it ... I stayed away as I don't like share consolidations.

This is one case though I should have done more DD as the reverse take over by LEE was the real key to the deal.

I was going to buy in at the $1.25 PP, but being close to xmas I passed (ouch that hurts just saying it) ... I bought in at the $1.70 range.
