Dear Lexi,

I agree with RWS, that the announced vote for a reverse split seems to be having a very negative affect on the stock price. Also, reading posts on Raging Bull shows alot of concern about the new Co-Chairman; and what happened at the other companies that he was involved with. I apologize for my delay in responding to you, it is just that I have been overly busy lately with personal responsibilities, so please do not take it personal! :-)

Concerning your decision to purchase more MUCL at .17. I also hope that it is a good move for you! Personally, I have not sold even one share, as I still trust Barbara Corbett, Jerry Newmin to make the right management decisions, and Dr. Ronald Faris's leading of research at MultiCell...especially looking at the potential of the company's immortalized human hepatocytes to gain immediate revenues, the two announced patents, and the potential for selling its' stem cells, sooner than FDA approval for certain applications, IMHO. I did not like the announcement of a reverse split, and I have a few concerns. How about you?

Shawn
