hence the GST and lottery revs funnelled into the general revenue accounts adding more fodder to be distributed at the whims of the crooks. Where is the complete accounting on those items? My bet is that the voters in ontario will succumb to their need for greed and squander the wonderful opportunity that has presented itself to this country. Damn shame
