Bill,
Hi!!

The IT war will be a long one...But, trends have occurred and continue to occur...

Standardization is occurring...
DELL is the low cost provider...
World wide DELL is employing more and more...
World wide DELL is winning market share...
World wide DELL is growing revenue through a wider selection of IT needs...
World wide DELL is increasing their efficiency through partnerships..
DELL is a profitable cash cow...

Corporations are merging to avoid the real embarrassment of failure...
Corporations are laying off employees...
Corporations that are trying to sell anything but standardization are drowning...

-The GTW commercial with the folks carrying GTW black and white boxes across the fields is the exact number of units they sell in a year...
-DEC vanished..
-CPQ was buried...
-IBM has exited...
-HP has yet to decide how long breathing without a full supply of oxygen is worth...

I've read where the IT annual expenditure (WW) is something like $1.3 or 1.4 Trillion...

Bill, there is so much opportunity out there...and one individual company now appears to have a bye all the way to the finals...

That's why I'm long...Figuring out anything else is too complicated for me...

Best, Kemble
