Reminds me of another firm agreement with another state from the region and how that agreement was violated repeatedly and nullified within 2 years by the Asian party. I am relating to the US/North Vietnam peace treaty of 1973 forced on Hoh Chin Minh, who at the time considering his peculiar situation had no choice but to accept.

Westerners should by now have learned that an agreement signed by two parties, one of them being an Asian, isn't worth the paper it was signed on. Asians only understand deals of action, where immediate value to them is obvious.
