The Order authorizing the ANMP settlement was signed on 5/3/05
and filed 5/4/05 in the Maricopa County, AZ case CV 2004 024172.
The dismissal of case Cv 2004 024172 should follow the
delivery of the $406,000 and the 175,000 shares. Atlas has
some time to complete the settlement.
The hearing on this settlement took place on 4/29/05. There were no objections.
