In contrast, there is one motive for insiders to make open-market purchases of their own stock, and that’s what we call the Profit Motive. The Ladenburg Insider Alert focuses on filed open market purchases, not option related transactions. " Ironically this statement is from the firm that shorted hundreds of thousands of shares of REFR. Guess who's got very high insider buying? 5/4/05 - Victor Keen (Board of Directors) bought another 10,000 shares. This makes his PERSONAL investment move closer to the $2,000,000.00 mark. Why are insiders so bullish? I know. Bang, bang! ND
