I heard it. Her "boyfriend", the one that impregnated
her between her pics making jokes out of the Iraqi prisoners, came on and gave testimony completely different than what he said in his own trial where he got 10 years.

She testified that they were not told to do this - that they did it for their own amusement - as I thought. No one looking at her pictures smiling and pointing to the prisoner with the leash around his neck would think she was in any way forced or told to do this. No professional would do that.

So, we now have her testifying she was not told to do this, and the boyfriend comes on and contradicts his earlier testimony, since he can't see his 10 year sentence increased for lying now.

So, the judge declared a mistrial, since she had already pleaded guilty.

Looks like he will re-charge her - and try her again. What a spectacle. Guess the boyfriend that came on and lied for her missed the part about HONOR when they inducted him into the military.

Look, these two, and a few more, are some really bad apples. They need to sit in prison and think how much they damaged the US, and our reputation around the world. They hurt us, as much as any terrorist bombing us. They should be ashamed, and they have dishonored themselves.

Unfortunately, the military besides attracting a lot of very honorable people (most), also attacts some that blindly will follow any order, and a small percentage, like her, the boyfriend, and people like Tim McVeigh, who are borderline sociopaths that are attacted to the military for the power it gives them, the guns, the chance to do damage to others.

FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) - A military judge Wednesday threw out Pfc. Lynndie England's guilty plea to abusing Iraqi detainees at Abu Ghraib prison, saying he was not convinced the Army reservist who appeared in some of the most notorious photos in the scandal knew her actions were wrong at the time.

The mistrial marks a stunning turn in the case and sends it back to square one.
