>>We can only hope there are forces out there that believe in the value of PRLN's (potential) products and are scheming to bring this corpse back to life<< Hank,It seems the most visible forces that "BELIEVE" would be Colin Campbell and John Babish. Undoubtedly they wouldn't be trying to regain control of the company if they didn't didn't believe in the product. What would it prove to have a company that had no product or one that was worthless. I respect their scientific ability and if they're willing to do battle for the company then I'm willing to hang in there in the hope that some day the product will see the light of day and will start benefiting people as was originally intended. I doubt that they are alone in this fight.
Don't know about the scheming but without a doubt both sides have their battle plans and we as spectators can only watch it unfold ever so slowly. PRLN only becomes a corpse when the heart stops for good. Thank goodness there is still a faint pulse even thought the heart is getting weaker and skips beats. Until the last beat we still have hope no matter how slim.
Whenever I buy a stock that my broker recommends he always tells me PATIENCE... PATIENCE... PATIENCE. When I ask him for how long he has no answer. I guess that is my response for PRLN.

>> the FDA and how inefficient they are in approving drugs<< I for one would not be unhappy to see the majority of government agencies close their doors forever. I wouldn't count on Congress doing anything meaningful about any problem let alone FDA reform. What I'v never understood is the situation you site about the drug for the teenager. There are numerous drugs whose efficacy has been established for long periods of time in foreign countries and yet with all the apparent data that must be available the FDA consistently drags it's feet on approval. I think it's called burreaucracy. My one fear about dimanteling the FDA is the "Drug Companies". Even with all the checking before a drug is released drugs are still recalled. Hank, can you imagine what kind rush there would be to get drugs to market if there were no controls and the greatest motivation was to beat the competition because of $? It's bad now but I would hate to see it without any controls.
