Ted, You don't necessarily get sick from a lowered standard of living.

I'm talking the basics like medical care, sanitation, and occupational safety, not luxuries like SUVs and filet mignon.

Did you know that in China, 4K-6K workers die in coal mines every year? How much of that is due to "corporate greed"?

Of course, you would change the conditions to diffuse and confuse the argument. I thought we were talking about the US.
