Find where they're tearing down a house or apartments older than 30 years. You can buy new internal parts and a seat. When I got home from the army I bought a two bath mobile home that had been left unheated over the winter and needed new commodes. ISU was tearing down some homes for more parking and just by asking I got the two I needed.
