Lincoln had been not only comparing religion to secularism, but had been examining spiritualsim and other alternatives to find an answer to the great problems of his time.


It seems we need a Lincoln now.

I didn't realize that Lincoln was assassinated AFTER the South had capitulated. What a butthole Booth was.
