marcos, here's a good tout fer ya' On the Panda thread, a tout showed up to chase away the shorts and was subsequently exposed: techstocks.com The first interchange starts at post #153 I believe, but the link I posted is where he is actually 'tout-outed' The Panda case looks like the typical scam situation where the longs don't have anything concrete to show their stock is real, and that ALL troubles come from those annoying shorts who are the cause of all the company's problems. It's not such a huge thread -- about 200 posts, in comparison to the SEXI scam which is about 12,000. It's worth reading. Perhaps some lawyers can do something about it without wallowing in a self-absorbed state. I had intended to make only one post here about the NASDAQ issue, but it inadvertantly turned into three. I'll leave you folks alone, and if I find additional 'tout-stuff', I'll be sure to bring it back. -MrB
