RTS- read my next post... Re: the 50% institutional ownership, my premise is that at that point it is likely to offer excellent volatility for individual investors... if it ever gets that low depends on global and industry dynamics... Perhaps that would represent a "Blood in the streets" scenario. It has happened before...it will happen again. The question is WHEN? Maybe not this year, but at some point in the future if history is any guide. Every industry has its booms, lackluster periods, and busts... $14 is an early entry point...with dollar cost averaging down from there as part of the strategy. 8^)
