My 36 year old son is in the process of bidding on one he is looking at 1.3m and he has saved for this on his own. I am of course uncomfortable to say the least as i feel here property is way over valued.

There is no room for a baby never mind a family in this place.

My sons wife is still in the process of trying to find a position here. They have been commuting for the last two years as she was finishing her post grad work in Palo Alto.

I just hope they do not find that one day they want a child and there is only two bedrooms in this condo. Then prices might very well be declining and they find they are holding a large loss and they are unable to move.
