AS thanks for clear proof that Kerry never crossed into
Cambodia on Christmas Eve 1968! And you did it using Kerry's
own words.

You don't believe me? Read on......
For starters, there is not one reference of ever crossing the
border into Cambodia. Not one!
There are but two references of Cambodia, "Today you move to the northern end of the area -- towards Cambodia " .... "as you move up the meandering channel of the main water route to Cambodia"
LOL! They could still be 25 miles or more from Cambodia &
been both on the "northern end of the area" & "up the
meandering channel of the main water route to Cambodia".
Their base is in Sa Doc, some 50 miles from the Cambodian
border.
But that matters not on wit!
Both references about Cambodia are made before this passage....
...."A briefing with the Navy and another refueling and then away again. You have lost half the day just relaxing at Sa Doc"....
There are absolutely no references about Cambodia after
this "briefing". Not one! But Kerry continues.....
...."No snow, no sleighs, no fat jolly Santa Claus on a corner"....
Kerry's in no hurry, that's for sure....
...."Sampans drifting by caressing river currents and swirling with the swirl of eddies".....
...."An evening sun breaks though long, grey veneer of cloud "....
...."Droning engines, throbbing on and on, mesmerize and push you towards the next turn and the next"....
According to Kerry, he is still in Viet Nam...
...."They say no and so you resign yourself that it is one of Charlie's continual sniper harassments".... "You stop dead in your tracks and the men yell that the VC attacked their village".... "So Charlie had shot at us hoping we would answer with a hail of fire that eliminate our own troops"... "I looked quickly at my watch and noticed that it was three minutes after this truce has been initiated. So this was Charlie's truce."....
Truce? Oh ya, they had them on Christmas during Viet nam,
didn't they AS? "VC" was the Viet Cong and "Charlie" was the
North Viet Cong right? Was everyone in Cambodia that day?
Kerry's Christmas Eve continues.....
...."again, from the bushes, we start to take sniper fire, small arms weapons that can kill but which you feel is just a ploy by Charlie".....
...."grabbed the radio and told headquarters that you were receiving automatic weapons fire"....
...."you hear them recalling the help gunships that were scrambled while you were in there and you realize how quickly help was on the way"....
From Sa Doc? How can help be "quickly on the way" if Kerry is
in Cambodia more than 50 miles away? NO ONE even knew he was
in Cambodia, so how can it be that help was on the way?
...."Two friendly troops have been wounded, Vietnamese you are told and the (unable to read) are called to Medvac them"....
WHAT! Medvac is being sent into Cambodia!!! Oh wait! Kerry
isn't in Cambodia yet today...
Kerry's not even moving now....
...."While you sit in the river and rearm the smaller boats beside"....
...."You head back towards Sa Dec to make your report while transiting the night darkness is broken by tracers flying up out of a Vietnamese outpost that is celebrating Christmas"......
Wait a damned second! AS said this is PROOF Kerry was in
Cambodia on Christmas! Where is the damned PROOF! I want
PROOF!
...."It's cool now and the evening has closed around you to become full night."....

This passage clearly places Kerry in & around Sa Doc on
Christmas Eve & it PROVES kerry was NOT in Cambodia, or even
near Cambodia.
