I think the Fed is trapped. If they raise, they will pop the credit bubble. If they get the helicopters out, the buck will break 80, and we'll have a dollar crash, resulting in foreigners pulling out of the bond market, which will accomplish the same thing. It is interesting how every bear is afraid now that we are due for a 4-year cycle LOW this October, and are in an extremely bearish intermediate term pattern for stocks! If we are in a secular bear, the major indices should make a lower low. Luc can pretend to be bullish, while shorting; he probably has not covered -g-
