fresc the murder rate is not the issue actually... in the last week look at the Toronto news.. we have road rage with guns... gun play in clubs ... bullets sprayed miraculously hitting few and killing fewer... near schools, at subway stops at evening rush hour.. the shooters are more brazen and it is only a matter of time before the stats get worse in the murder vein... Small consolation to me that Baltimore is worse... I live here... The it could be worse attitude is very dangerous IMHO... As Bruce Cockburn sings... The Trouble with normal is it always gets worse... regards K Now off to bed for me...
