Before air conditioning, people in Florida tended to be skinnier. Everytime I go back in the summer, I lose about 3 pounds the first week. (Question : How smart can this guy be, going to Florida in the summer ?) Southern California people are skinnier than Bay Area people. Young people in Florida tend to be skinny. That newspaper trick might come in useful.
