Something that would be interesting if we had the data, which state provides the most recruits per capita?

My instinct tells me Illinois with its terrific college program for returning vets would rank pretty high. Not only does Illinois pay for your college and books as a vet, but in addition, you can use your GI bill for expenses while attending college.

That program expanded to every state in the union and marketed properly would single-handidly end the recruiting struggle imo.
