Worked for you too Fats? I did the same. When I first asked for them I thought I was in out local drivers license bureau with the reply I got. When I said fine close my account, things spend up. Anybody that has ordered certs from e-trade or others E-mail them this weekend and ask them where your certs are even if you just ordered them yesterday. I will make sure that they have started the process. If you call to check on them or are just now ordering them, ask the person its name and what extension you can call them back at.
