No, Peter... as I've pointed out to you several times, the statistics you are using conveniently 'forget' to count all the nominees who were BOTTLED UP IN THE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, and NEVER ALLOWED A VOTE AT ALL.

When you examine the APPROVAL RATES for ALL the OFFICIAL NOMINEES who were sent over (for each President: Bush II and Clinton), you see that Bush II's success rate is (so far) still higher then Clinton's.
