why not plain accept it that all BLS reports are actually incorrect and geared to meet political means and WS desire for volatility to make money for themselves. IMHO the birth / death ratio direction is leaked well in advance (as are the Michigan #) to the interested parties. More so the rumor mills do just that - to confuse as many people as they can. As an example, CNBC Europe were trumpeting again and again a rumor of 135,000 = well below the 190,000 consensus. Why - to serves their masters and make more money form soft dollar in advertising
