LRCX has a perfect 100% failure rate in attempts to diversify from etch. I always expected CMP to fail at LRCX. NVLS, on the other hand, has a record 2nd only to AMAT, among US companies, for developing new tools. I have found NVLS to be truthful and accurate. They didn't pretend to have a successful product in PVD for 7 years. When they said they had one, they did.
