Linda: See my post #26. There is no special meeting planned for Univec and Ron Fale probably did visit the Edgar site. When searching the Edgar database with Univec's symbol, information about 'Universal Capital Corp' as well as that for Univec is retrieved. In other words, these two companies share ticker symbols. I have notified the SEC and am awaiting a reply. Baird is also aware of this problem. The filing of form DEF 14C on 8/29/97 is for Universal Capital Corp and has nothing to do with Univec. Baird should have checked your source prior to posting #36. I would imagine Ron Fale immediately understood there was a problem with the SEC retrieval and only focused on the Edgar listings related to Univec. Peter Dale
