Helmut, There are all kinds of reasons for someone selling. Everything from needing money for other opportunities to an expensive wife perhaps. There's only one reason that I can think for buying and that's to make a profit. And somebody is planning on making a future profit with the 770K shs. Most likely the shares of a lot of little guys were included in this block. But mainly it was from an insider (s ). This was a deal that was made off the floor. I normally put emphasis on the action of the volume along with insider buying. I read the tape closely to try and get some sense of the supply and demand. The action yesterday tells me the supply was fairly well absorbed especially when a natural reaction was to be expected. I could see signs of insider buying elsewhere throughout the day. This is the action I was mostly concerned with. So, I am still confident. Unless there is something going on that I don't know about, NSU is too good of a buy to be dumping. That's why I bought my shares a few weeks ago. And will probablly buy more. We're gonna be alright. Thomas
