What is a 9,000 Excursion? Anyway, they were talking about pushing cars up to 35 MPG. SUVs and Light Trucks would only go up to 27.5 MPG. Get the facts straight.

Besides, with hybrid technology, perhaps 35 MPG is acheivable, that's pretty much what the Ford Escape Hybrid gets on the highway.
