Well this recycling plant is an interesting development. On the surface at least it sounds pretty good, especially if ERHC doesn't have to put up any money. I'm surprised though that the stock didn't react well to the news. The news didn't seem to create any buying volume, and the selling that was going on anyway was enough to keep the stock from going up.

Perhaps there is a negative view of this deal because of the dubious merit of most OTC-BB tire recyling schemes. Titan has been around for a couple of years, but doesn't seem to have been very successful so far. Just two plants in Korea. According to their 10K from last year, there should have been some in Europe by now, but they seem not to have materialized. Hopefully things will progress more quickly with ERHC''s project.
