Mormon's believe in the New Age Christ, the same one as the theosophists. Mormon historian Lance S. Owen, in the same article, lays out his case for the occultic, Gnostic, Masonic, and theosophical origins of Joseph Smith's ultra-heterodox doctrine of God.
