Misleading. Due to improved medical care and armor, the military is seeing fewer deaths but a much higher percentage of life-altering injuries, brain injuries and so forth.

SH ... was threatening the USA by promising to give terrorists chemical and bio weapons.

Saddam wasn't that stupid. Do you have any proof of that intention - other than that provided by those he said he had WMD - when, in fact, he did not?
