The biggest financial problem that Lu has is the fact their earnings are too dependent on their Pensions Credits. They need to grow their Operating Earnings and deminish the percentage of earnings dependent on the pension credits. What do you think of LU and Nortel getting together? Maybe LU buying out NT or a merger of "equals"? Stock Bull
