Tom, if a person discovers what is true non-public information and post it to a bullitin board for all to see, is this still non-public info? Seems there would be big distinction between ones trading on the info and not posting and a person who reveals the info to the world and then trades on it. Frankly the internet and chat rooms IMO may help to shorten the time others are able to use insider info and lessen its value.
