D, Now be nice... net net right now it's not better or worse than yours... neither of our countries can really brag... There is a philosophical difference... BTW on that oft touted Federal surplus that I like to harp (pun intended) negatively about up here... it seems the mainstream is picking up my view... Now McGinty has just tonight secured about 5 billion from the federal pork barrel.. (justified IMO) It's on the news as ... well surplus what surplus... but 5 billion... !! seems raping the provinces and cities to balance the federal budget is coming home to roost in an attempt to hold onto power... Liberals (the party ;O) will probably win a majority this go unless they can categorically tie Martin to AdScam and the NDP will be losers... B
