The statement above implies that Republicans dont ever think in terms of "winning or losing". No, Republicans also think in terms of winning and losing but they do so while also contributing ideas to the debate and making a case for their arguments. They do not rely only on obstructing. In summary, Republicans are more than the sum of their resentments. I can not say the same for the current Democratic party.
