Begin Quote I ran across a post last night at Value Forum describing how Yahoo puts a super cookie on your hard drive called a "Web Beacon" when you sign up for Yahoo. The cookie allows Yahoo to track you all over the Web, and Yahoo provides this information to third parties. Apparently the cookie can't be removed with spy ware tools such as Ad-Aware since we all unknowingly gave explicit consent to Yahoo to do this when we signed up.
