all ted has is an interview with Carter TEN YEARS after the events.... All? Get over it! That was one document among many.....its of the public record. At best, Clinton was an idiot to sign off on Carter's plan, or at worst, Clinton was an idiot to come up with the plan himself.... Carter knew that Clinton did not like his plan so he went public with it before he got back to the states and presented as if it were a fait accompli.....one approved by Clinton. Clinton had no real choice but to go along with it. Carter is the idiot, not Clinton.
