Andy, I can understand and appreciate your post. I have been accused in the past of intellectualizing things that have to be accepted on faith. At times I thought I was making progress but was not satisfied due to the yearning that remained in the core of my being, the conscious, the part that I now consider to be a spiritual part of me that all men have that they can choose to develop and grow for contentment and peace of mind in this life. I congradulate you on your search for meaning to your life and hope that you are able to take apart and dissect "the meaning of life" to your satisfaction. I had to start over simply believing in a "spirit of the universe" that was better at controlling my life than I was, provided I let him. Years later, this spiritual being has led me to the Son of God, Jesus Christ as my personal savior. Thank you for your post to me. I can tell that you are sincere in your quest for knowledge. Many have dubbed me as a rebel due to my rejection of denominationalism. James
